Shipping policy

At CBD Origin, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you quickly and efficiently. Below are our shipping guidelines.

 

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

1.1 We ship our packages via Bpost and DPD. 

1.2 Shipping costs are predetermined. The exact costs will be displayed during the checkout process. 

1.3 Free shipping is available for orders over 90 euros within Europe.

  1. Delivery Times

2.1 Orders are processed and shipped two business days after receipt of payment. 

2.2 The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination: 

  • Standard delivery: max. 3-5 business days.
  1. International Shipping

3.1 CBD Origin currently ships to the Benelux. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

3.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or international postal services.

  1. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

4.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to track your order. 

4.2 Please note that tracking information may not be visible until 24 hours after shipping.

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments

5.1 If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. 

5.2 We will investigate the matter and, if applicable, send a replacement product or offer a refund.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

6.1 If an order cannot be delivered for any reason and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt. Additional shipping costs may apply.

  1. Order Changes

7.1 Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to make a change.
